Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how billing, cancellations, and refunds work for subscriptions to Importify (the “Service”), operated by Importify (“we”, “us”, “our”). It forms part of, and should be read with, our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. If there is any conflict, the Terms of Use govern.
1. How your subscription is billed
How you pay — and how refunds are handled — depends on where you subscribed:
- Shopify and Wix. If you subscribed through the Shopify App Store or the Wix App Market, your payments and refunds are processed by Shopify or Wix through their own billing systems, subject to their policies. Refund requests for these subscriptions are made through that platform. The refund standard described below is what we apply.
- WooCommerce, Jumpseller, BigCommerce, and direct sign-ups. Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment provider. Refunds for these subscriptions are issued by us through that provider to your original payment method.
2. Free trial
Importify offers a one-day free trial on paid accounts. To avoid being charged, you must cancel your account within 24 hours of registration (per Section 5.2 of our Terms of Use). If you do not cancel within the trial period, the Service Fee for your selected plan is charged automatically when the trial ends.
3. Plans, billing & auto-renewal
- Plans are Basic ($14.95), Premium ($27.95), and Gold ($37.95) in USD, available on a monthly or annual billing cycle.
- Service Fees are pre-paid in advance at the start of each billing cycle and renew automatically until you cancel.
- You can cancel anytime from your Importify account settings or by emailing support@importify.com. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access for the remainder of the current paid period, subject to the refund terms below.
4. Refunds
- Pro-rated refunds. Consistent with Section 6.4 of our Terms of Use, if you cancel before the end of your current billing cycle, you are entitled to a pro-rated refund of the prepaid Service Fee for the unused portion of that billing cycle.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method, by us through our payment provider (or by Shopify/Wix for app-store subscriptions).
5. How to request a refund
Email support@importify.com from (or referencing) the email address on your Importify account, and include your order or receipt ID from your payment confirmation email. For Shopify or Wix app-store subscriptions, request the refund through that platform’s billing or app management.
6. Processing time
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. The time for the funds to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.
7. Taxes
Where applicable taxes (such as VAT, GST, or sales tax) were charged on a payment, any tax is refunded together with the refunded amount, as applicable.
8. Chargebacks
If you believe you were charged in error, please contact support@importify.com first — we will work to resolve it quickly. Initiating a bank chargeback without contacting us may lead to suspension or termination of the account while the dispute is reviewed.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the current version; material changes will be posted on this page.
